The Project


L!VD apartments consists of 3 residential buildings, situated on an underground parking facility with more than 260 secure parking places and garages, conveniently  accessible from any of the apartments. The development includes 272 units and 25 retail shops with a total buil-up area of 35,000 m2. The area of the available apartments range between 38 m2 and 165 m2 with 1 to 3 bedrooms. Finishing works level is ground coat with fully installed electrical wiring and heating system.

The professionally planned space provides the quiet charm-yet friendly atmosphere you desire. The inner yard and the playground are always available for a short walk, time for peaceful reading or cheerful games with the children.

The construction of the complex is carried out according to the highest international standards. All suppliers, the main contractor and the subcontractors meet the high standards set by the investor and go through a strict selection process – guaranteeing the highest quality of materials, workmanship and quality construction.

 

The first stage of the project was successfully completed in 2012. All of the apartments in the building have been sold and their owners are already enjoying their new homes in Manastirski L!VD apartments.

The second stage, which includes 122 apartments, shops and professional dental clinic was completed in November 2014.

The third stage of the project Manastirski L!VD apartments includes 80 apartments, which are offered for sale with fully built heating system. The construction started in the middle of February 2015 and it was completed by the end of November 2015.

All apartments and commercial properties are sold.
